You may be eligible for CLS Public Funding (also known as Legal Aid) to meet the cost of our work on your behalf. Eligibility for Public Funding depends upon:

1. The type of work required
2. The merits of the case
3. Your financial circumstances

We endeavour to provide the best quality professional service to Clients in all areas of our work at a cost which we believe is difficult to equal in Dorset.

For the convenience of our Clients we are happy to receive payment by credit card or cheque.

Payment by instalments will also be considered in appropriate cases. A standing order form is available on request.
